We at Idong Harrie always ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase bought from us. If at any point, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read below.
Idong Harrie will accept items in its original condition for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product to our “contact us” address
Any item that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or that does not have the purchase and return tag attached will not be accepted. Once the item doesn’t pass the quality check, we will inform you about this and the item will be sent back to you without a refund or an exchange.
Once the item has been received by an Idong Harrie personnel, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer and it will be processed within 7 – 10 working days of receipt. Once payment is made to the customer, a confirmation email will be sent. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Customers will not be charged for the first return made. However, if there has to be subsequent returns, the customer will have to pay for the delivery charged incurred.
Items purchased on sale can not be returned by the customer after purchase and receiving the order.
Customers are hereby advised to check our size guide www.idongharrie.com/shoesizes for correct sizes before making any purchase. Whereby a customer orders for a product whether for the person’self or ordering it on behalf of somebody, Kindly confirm the size with ours as there won’t be a remake/refund for items based on this.
